For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep pull—an inner knowing that I was here to do something bigger than myself. I didn’t know what it was, only that it mattered.

Life moved forward: I was living what looked like a typical suburban mom life when my friend, Kare Torres, texted me about a new class: Mastery of Your Information.

I didn’t know much about it—only that it had something to do with healing. But I could feel it, deep in my body: This was what I’d been looking for.

And I was right.

Since then, I’ve completed the Healing Architecture Trilogy and taken additional courses in healing alchemy, always guided by a strong “yes” from my Higher Self. Today, I serve as a teaching assistant for Advanced Architecture with Joan Bowers and Tantric Codes with Kare Torres—and I absolutely LOVE what I do.

Following my Higher Self—that inner nudge—has led me to experiences the “me” in the mirror could never have predicted… yet they make perfect sense from a higher perspective.

In 2019, Kat and I began teaching Mastery of Your Information. It’s been a powerful transformation for me. I uncovered layers of unworthiness and fear that I never even knew were there, hidden behind bravado and unconscious patterns. Class after class, level after level, I’ve continued to transmute those low frequencies.

(And yes—Kat and I are in the Mastery container, too. We are healing anything in us that doesn’t resonate with the frequency of love or higher. That’s one of the beautiful things about alchemy: what we heal in ourselves, we heal for the collective.)

At the start of 2021, I co-hosted a yearlong podcast with Joan Bowers, exploring the teachings in The Kingdom, Paul Selig’s ninth channeled text.  Sometimes we knew exactly what to say. Other times, we trusted the leap—and magic and information always met us there. 

From there, I took over hosting the Monday Night Healing Circle, a program that guided participants through Paul’s claims of truth—powerful attunements from his books—to heal themselves, others, and the field.

At the beginning of this year, that version evolved into Journeying Through—a spiritual book discussion and healing circle where we’re working exclusively through A World Made New, Paul’s 12th book. It’s the next level of frequency and transformation for myself, the participants, and the collective field.

JOURNEYING THROUGH is also a Facebook community — a high-frequency, spiritually-based community where people of all types come together to have a sacred space for growth, self-discovery, and meaningful conversation.

Bringing people together, helping them connect to their higher self, healing the blocks to knowing their worth, power and purpose brings me joy.  It’s what I love most about Mastery of Information and all that I do. 

Kat and I are excited to welcome you into Mastery of Your Information. We’ve witnessed incredible transformations in ourselves and the hundreds of students we’ve guided. If you find yourself asking, Am I sure? That’s OK. We’ve been there. We’ll be there for you, too.

And one day, you’ll say:
“I’m so glad I followed my guidance. I’m creating my most magical, joyful life—surrounded by beautiful, loving souls who are helping to transform the world.”

Just like we are.

As for me? I’ve been married 36 years to the love of my life, David. We live in South Florida with our two cats, Sebastian and Luna. We have two adult children, Sarah and Matthew—and I’m thrilled to share pictures of my grandson, Ben, occasionally on social media.
