I have always been a seeker…having an awareness…a feeling of something more…something bigger than me & what I was seeing & experiencing…though I was not exactly sure what it was, where to find it or how to describe it.
My first memory of this awareness is being 4 years old riding in our family station wagon. I would stare out the windows as the world whizzed by & wonder what made me “me” & what made my parents, brothers, sisters, the people in the other cars “them”? Who am I? What am I? Though I don’t remember getting any answers at that time, I do remember a deep feeling of peace when the car stopped, and we all piled out.
My search started as most do…following the guidance of family, community & society as a whole. I followed the rules, did as I was told, got good grades in school, made friends, went to college, got my own place to live, got a job…(actually, many jobs along the way)…made money & even got married for a while.

By the age of 30, I found myself feeling empty & stuck in a rut. I realized I was living my life based on what others had told me to do & be. I was so concerned with what others thought & making them happy, I completely forgot about myself somewhere along the way. Once again, I was asking those same questions as I did at 4 years old…Who am I? What am I? Where do I fit into this world? I felt that bigger “something” even more than ever but didn’t feel any closer to knowing what or where it was. All I knew was I wanted out of the rut, so I put on my big girl panties, stepped outside my comfort zone & ventured into the world of alternative healing & energy.
After becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Certified Life Coach & Certified Addiction Counselor, reading all the books & seeing multiple counselors, coaches, psychics & alternative healthcare providers…FINALLY, I miraculously met Karen Torres! I knew immediately I had found that “something” I had been seeking my whole life…the path to powerful, beautiful, magical me. We call it Healing Alchemy!-)
I have been a member of Karen Torres’ support staff for 8 years & have taught Mastery of Your Information with Bonnie Sax for 4 years. I am a graduate of the Healing Architecture Trilogy & Alchemy & am currently enrolled in all of Karen Torres’ classes. I also attend A Night of Alchemical Healing (NOAH) & Gratitude Ceremony. I am so grateful to be a part of this community as a student, healer, teacher, mentor & assistant!-)
I have learned many, many things every step along the way through this crazy roller coaster called “life”…the transformation I have experienced in every aspect of my life, & the transformation I have witnessed others experience through Healing Alchemy is beyond anything I ever imagined possible. We are all energetic beings. It is part of our anatomy. We simply are not taught about this most powerful piece of ourselves through traditional education. Nonetheless, it is our truth. It is the key to creating a life filled with love, joy, freedom & more than we have yet to dream possible!-)

Seven years ago I received an invitation from my friend, Kare Torres to join the first Mastery of Your Information class. We had been friends for a while so I trusted her, and I was quite curious about what she was doing. I didn’t know much about healing alchemy, had minimal experience with nonconventional healing, AND I could feel it in my heart that this was exactly where I wanted to be and what I was going to do. I will always remember how I could hear my inner voice, my soul, say clearly, “Yes. Whatever it takes.”
Since then, I have completed the Healing Architecture Trilogy and additional courses in healing alchemy as I have gotten a yes from my Higher Self. I am a teaching assistant for Energetic Architecture with Joan Bowers and for Tantric Codes with Kare Torres, and I absolutely LOVE what I do.

Following my Higher Self, that inner voice, has led me to do things the girl in the body would have never predicted AND that make perfect sense from a big picture point of view.
In 2021, I started a yearlong podcast adventure with Joan Bowers, a dear friend and teacher of Energetic Architecture. Each week we explored the teachings and principles in “The Kingdom,” Paul Selig’s ninth channeled text. Sometimes we knew exactly what we were saying, and it all flowed easily. Other days, we took a leap of faith that what came out on the recording was exactly what needed to be said. When it was all said and done, we knew it was quite the magical experience and were thrilled we had trusted how it would show up.
At the beginning of 2023, I started leading a free Healing Circle every other Monday night to guide people in using the claims of truth from Paul Selig’s books (attunements) to heal themselves, others and the field. It is an opportunity to put our powerful healing abilities into practice. Most nights I am thrilled to be doing the Circle, but there are times when I send up a prayer for more guidance and healing of my own low frequencies (fear, unworthiness, etc.) before I click start.
UpWORD is my newest labor of love. It is a high frequency, online, spiritually based community created for people from all walks of life to come together. I designed it as a sacred space to practice healing, self growth and awareness with engaging healing circles, curated courses, ongoing book discussions and safe places for intimate, interactive conversations.
Yes, I have been a community builder for a long time, and it totally makes sense for me to build this new community. Still, I have asked my Higher Self repeatedly, “Are you sure? Is this what I’m doing next?”
The point is that you and I can have our doubts and still take the next step. Kat and I are excited to welcome you into Mastery of Your Information. We have seen the transformation that has taken place in ourselves and the hundreds of students who have taken this course. We know there will be times when you ask your Higher Self, “Are you sure?” It’s OK … we are here to support you and know you will say, “I’M SO GLAD I FOLLOWED MY GUIDANCE! I am creating my most magical, fun life filled with beautiful, loving souls who are transforming the world.” just as we have.
In May 2024, I will be married 35 years to my hubby, David. We live in South Florida with our 2 cats, Sebastian and Luna. I have 2 adult children, Sarah and Matthew. Sarah is expecting our first grand baby at the end of April.
